Besides being hand wound, a less common trait for a Seamaster, the Seamaster 600 also features a slightly thinner case than automatic Seamasters. It measures just under 35mm in diameter without the crown, about one millimeter smaller than a Rolex Datejust. Its dial has been previously refinished to look
