Inspired by the tradition of Belgian Gueuze, "Past Remembered" is a blend of 1 3 year old barrel stock that held aged hop Saison. The result is maximum funk and barnyard with a lemon citrus zing. Capitola bred, but with Belgian roots, if you will.
