Billboard Vinyl Notepad Folio zipper pouch The covers of these insertsEach Notepad Folio is a one of a kind creation individually handmade from a retired vinyl billboard, sign, or banner. We use a special process to fuse the vinyl so it's sturdy, heat resistant, water resistant, tear resistant, and easy to clean with any all purpose cleaner. The pockets are carefully machine stitched with heavy duty UV resistant multifilament polyester thread. Each refillable folio includes a simple elastic closure and a junior size 5"
